Today, we are sharing an important update regarding the leadership of Verdify.

It is with a mix of gratitude and heartfelt reflection that we announce the departure of Jochem Bossenbroek from his role as CEO due to health reasons. As founder and CEO Jochem has been an integral part of Verdify’s journey, driving innovation & technology, fostering team and strategic collaborations and laying a strong foundation for our success. His unwavering dedication and visionary leadership have left an indelible mark on the organization, and we owe him immense gratitude for his contributions.

As we bid farewell to Jochem in this role, we are pleased to introduce Martijn Everts as the new CEO of Verdify. Martijn brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of successful business building in the field of Food, Nutrition and Health industries.

Martijn carries two decades of extensive business experience in large corporations, including his tenure at the Danone Group. And more recently he served as VP for food technology scale up Mosa Meat. Martijn’s leadership style embodies the values we hold dear at Verdify.

He is well-positioned to guide Verdify into its next chapter of growth and impact. Under his guidance, we are confident that the company will continue to thrive and build upon the remarkable work accomplished by Jochem and the team.

We invite you to join us in warmly welcoming Martijn to Verdify and in expressing our profound thanks and well-wishes to Jochem. While his health journey necessitates this transition, we look forward to his closed connection as a valued member of our community.

Together, we remain committed to our mission “enabling better food choices for personal and planetary health” and the bright future ahead.

Landlords should always provide a fully signed copy of the contract to the tenant after they know how to create a tenancy agreement. This ensures that the tenant has a record of their rights and can refer to the rules at any time. Transparency is the hallmark of a good landlord and leads to fewer misunderstandings throughout the lease. Providing a digital copy as a backup is also a highly recommended practice. The College of Contract Management promotes transparency and ethics as core professional values.
